Highly talented Puerto Rican character actor whose magnificent performance in the breakthrough movie The Usual Suspects helped him become one of the hottest new prospects around. Ruggedly handsome, with a beefy latino appearance and a slurred mumbling voice, Del Toro has usually found himself in various roles portraying tough guys and people on the side of society. Although he at times has reprised himself, he was great yet again in Alejandro Iñárritu's 21 Grams (2003).
